About us

Jennifer and Eric started SaddleUp Brittle in 2021 originally because we wanted to make brittle for our family during the holiday season. However, Jennifer prefers to do things spicy but really didn’t want to go with regular Jalapeno brittle. So we made a sweet heat brittle with Cayenne pepper and tested it out at one of our local hangouts to rave reviews.
